Experience - Client/ Key Transaction

Successfully represented Milestone Real Estate Fund, an Indian fund house in an application filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, against the debt arising out of the redemption of debentures.

Represented Radius & Deserve Land Developers Pvt. Ltd., an Indian real estate company before the Supreme Court of India in a challenge regarding the constitutionality of inter alia Section 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and other provisions pertaining to the personal insolvency of Individuals (IBC).

Successfully represented Glass Wall Systems India Pvt. Ltd., an Indian Company before the National Company Law Tribunal in a Section 9 Application under IBC.
