With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, Amit has been at the forefront of representing clients in multifaceted commercial disputes. His adeptness extends across various legal arenas including Shareholders Agreements, Fraud Investigation, Real Estate, Trusts, and Intellectual Property Rights, among others. Amit has a proven track record of success, representing clients before esteemed legal forums such as the Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, Securities Appellate Tribunal, and Criminal Courts.

Prior to founding VERTICES PARTNERS, Amit was as an Associate Partner at Economic Laws Practice, a Counsel at Trilegal and Partner at Rajani Associates. Amit has been recognized as one of the Top 15 Disputes Lawyers in India 2019 by Asian Legal Business. Amit’s proficiency extended beyond domestic boundaries, advising clients in cross-border disputes with a focus on strategicresolution.
