Archana Khosla Burman has over 20+ years of professional experience. Her experience includes roles of an advisory board member, strategic advisor, mentor, and a leading corporate lawyer. She started her law career with law firms like AZB & Partners and Economic Laws Practice (ELP). Subsequently, her entrepreneurial streak led to her co-founding VERTICES PARTNERS, in the year 2016, a leading law firm in the country today, headquartered out of Mumbai and with other offices in Gurugram and Bengaluru.

Archana is a TEDx Speaker, a well-known figure in the entrepreneurial landscape and a first-generation lawyer in Corporate Commercial Law, Venture Capital, and Private Equity, with a proven skill expertise in PE/ VC Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and Strategic Acquisitions. She was featured in the Forbes Legal Power List 2021, Asia Legal Business (Thomson Reuters) 40 Under 40 List in the Asia Pacific Region, and under the Top Under 40 Alternative Investment Professionals in India by The Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI), in 2021. Additionally, Archana has been recognized as a Women Leading in Business by The Economic Times, featured in Forbes India’s Women Power Issue and also been recognised by the World Women’s Leadership Congress

Archana sits on the advisory board of several start-ups and new age entrepreneurial ventures. She has worked across multiple sectors spanning across Education, Health & Wellness, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Agriculture, Gaming, Logistics, Credit Information, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals, advising several prominent clients. Archana also works very closely with organisations to empower women and mentors and advises budding and seasoned entrepreneurs on several startup and investment forums.

Archana is an important member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industries Ladies Organization (FICCI FLO). She is currently the Co-Chair of the National Startup Cell for FICCI FLO, where she focuses on empowering women and promoting diversity in business. She was the Past National Head of Partnerships, Collaborations, and Associations, working to create strategic alliances for women entrepreneurs. During her time as Past Chairperson for FLO Mumbai (2023-2024), she led initiatives in education, women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and health, earning recognition for her efforts. Under her leadership, FLO Mumbai partnered with various organizations to empower women in Maharashtra, introduce training programs for girls, and host conferences featuring women leaders. Her work has earned many awards, including the National Start-Up Award 2023-24. She also led the ‘Start-up Caravan’ Series from 2020 to 2021, assisting aspiring entrepreneurs.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Archana serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the POSH committee for numerous companies, advocating endlessly for gender equality, women in leadership positions and championing the cause of underprivileged and underrepresented women and girls.
