Vani Panicker
Vani Panicker is a Partner with VERTICES PARTNERS and is based out of the Bengaluru office.
She specializes in the Corporate Law practice with a special focus on Venture Capital and Private Equity investment transactions, including cross-border transactions, business transfers, and general corporate advisory across multiple sectors, including Consumer, Financial Services, Retail, Education and Ecommerce. She also has experience in assisting clients in matters relating to setting up of alternative investment funds in India, leading due diligence on Indian companies, and handling transactional issues including drafting and negotiating various commercial and investment agreements as well as leading and providing overall transactional support.
Prior to joining VERTICES PARTNERS, she was Manager Legal with Bluereservoir Business Services LLP.
