Vishal Mehta
Vishal Mehta is a Partner with VERTICES PARTNERS.
He specializes in corporate commercial law and his areas of practice and expertise include
Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A, Joint Ventures, and Corporate and Commercial
Structuring.
He has extensively advised clients on foreign exchange laws, company law, security laws, and
other allied corporate laws and legal due diligences. He has been involved in advising foreign
and Indian corporates, entrepreneurs, start-ups, social business enterprises and other
organisations on a range of legal and regulatory issues.
He has also been involved in formation of alternative investment funds, corporate governance
and corporate secretarial advisory. He has been advising clients across diverse sectors
including NBFCs, BFSI, FinTech, EdTech, Health Tech, eCommerce and Pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining VERTICES PARTNERS, Vishal was working as a Legal Manager with ICICI
Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and as an Associate Partner with Mehta & Mehta,
Legal Advisory.
