Vikrant Anand
Vikrant Anand is a Partner with VERTICES PARTNERS and is based out of the Gurugram office.
He specializes in Corporate Law Practice with a special focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments, Mergers & Acquisitions, domestic and cross-border, Joint Ventures, regulatory advisory, and advisory in relation to shareholder disputes and corporate commercial matters. Vikrant has extensive experience in advising clients on corporate and allied laws, including company law, securities law, employment and labor laws and exchange control laws. He has advised various domestic and international clients across multiple sectors including NBFCs, SFBs, Ecommerce, FinTech, EdTech, AgriTech, FMCG, IT, Media, Manufacturing and Hospitality. Vikrant has also advised various international clients on entry and exit options, structuring issues, compliance management, governance matters and a range of other legal and regulatory issues pertaining to businesses in India. He is also a qualified company secretary.
Prior to joining VERTICES PARTNERS, Vikrant was working as a Senior Associate with Clasis Law and, in the past, had worked with Vedanta Resources Plc.
